The Consortium’s buffalo breeders dell’Amaseno Valley, the CAB was established in February 2005, joining a cooperative milk collection and about 40 private livestock farms, located in the municipalities of Amasa, Villa S. Stephen Prossedi, for a total of about 4,000 buffalo heads. The Cab, started its activities by focusing on direct marketing of products, primarily milk. A daily production of large volume and excellent growth prospects both in terms of quantity and quality. This result was possible thanks to the excellent base of members who have made since the beginning of the internal disciplinary production of a fixed reference point in business management.
